Right eye blurring vision
I have sphenoid wing meningioma.and it effects my right eye vision.right eye colour vision is defective.what should i do plz suggest me.is there no other option open unless surgery?i have no other symptoms found except blurring vision in the right eye &right eye pupil is quite larger than the left one.
If the meningioma is very small, SRS is an option.

But in the presence of decreasing vision and pupillary changes, Surgery is a better option.
