Right breast seems different than left

For a month now I observed that the there is a constant Tenderness and pain in my right breast in the lower region. It also is heavier than left and I literally have to push it in to fit into the bra,left gud.Today my medico sister examined it and said derz a clear difference btwn both. No color change or lump formation but a lil pain.
