I have frequent pain in my upper middle abdomen and also left side and right side of both upper and lower abdomen for last 3 days rarely sometimes my back.. rarely in pelvic n hip.  belching and passing gas sometimes. Done Whole abdomen Ultrasound and its normal.. why i am going throu this pain. what tests should i take further. how should i stop the pain.

There are 9 parts of abdomen , google it then specify the parts u r having pain .. Is pain increase after meal or not ? Require more history here ..
