I've this problem for more than a year, whenever my bladder is full ( make me feel urinate) i get severe pain on the right side abdominal pain while laying down. When I'm urinating i feel shortness of breath. Rarely I get burning sensation while peeing. But abdominal pain when laying down ( when bladder is full ) is almost everyday case, and Shortness of breath almost everyday case too. What could be the problem.

Abdomen and KUB Sonography. Urine culture. Symptoms are rather unusual. Shortness of birth will need evaluation separately. We have to start with a detailed clinical examination.
Next Steps
Please consult a General Physician in your area for a detailed clinical examination.
