Rifampicin resistance result

I have given sample for genexpert in result it is showing IS1081-IS6110 pass but rpoB1,rpoB2, rpoB3,rpoB4 negative in report it is given mtb detected rifampicin resistance indeterminate what does it mean what are the chances of being resistance to rifampicin after this report should I give another sample for genexpert

Indeterminate means sputum sample was inadequate. It does not mean resistance.
