Rice like grain on inside of scrotum.

I have noticed this little rice grain like lump on my left testes been a month or two. I would have never known about this if I hadn't checked YouTube links on self tests. I don't have any problems due to it, but it gives a very mild internal kind of pain if I press it too much. I'm 26 years old Male. I'm not sure if it is just some infection or something worse like seminoma or nonseminoma cancers. Please advise.

Get high resolution ultrasonography of the bilateral testes and adenexa along with the clinical physical examination done by a urologist.any thing abnormal detected should be treated properly
