RI in 6 yrs old turtle, gasping, wheezin

Hi, My RES turtle is 6 years old and he didn't eat since 3 months. Now he is having respiratory illness with wheezing, cough, gasping air after opening mouth 2-3 times every one minute. Swollen and closed eyes also since three months. I have given MOX 500 half capsule thrice this week but he is trying hard to breathe. Attached video. Please help with urgent solution.

In turtles, most respiratory infections are caused by bacteria and are often secondary to some Vitamin deficiencies. Definitely we can suggest better treatment but need further details like it's feeding habits, place where it kept to help in this regard Plz consult online so that we can know the situation in a better manner and suggest you the appropriate treatment
