Iam an patient of RA since 7 months im taking RA medication also my powers are very high Left eye -9.00 cyd-3.00 Right eye -10.00 cyd-2.50 Vision 6/9 can i go for Lasik surgery is it safe for RA patients there is any complication I had all my eye test done my dr suggested i can go lasik I need an opinion suggestion from rest too

-9 is a high number for LASIK. Have you undergone Pachymetry and Corneal Topography tests? Rheumatoid Arthritis is not a contraindication for LASIK, but your Other tests like topography should be normal. Kindly get an online consultation to address all your concerns
