Rheum gummy eyes 6 months baby 2 years

Dear sir My kids one is 6 months old male child and another one is two years old girls child. Since yesterday both of their eyes full of  rheum gummy when they wake up sleep. But no other symptoms like eyes redness and itching. Kindly guide me

If the eye discharge is whitish then nothing to worry, just clean with warm moist cloth, from inside to outside. If the discharge turns sticky yellow then will need antibiotic eye drops Please consult your pediatrician in such case.
