Please review reports of my LFT and KFT. By the way, I have been taking pain killers at a frequency of 2 tablets per week for past 1 year. Earlier I used to take it twice a month due to my arthritis.
Kindly suggest further course of action.

Your blood report values are within normal limit. Don't worry about slight variations within physiological range.
Did you evaluate your arthiritis ? Without proper diagnosis just pain killer for arthritis won't give you better health.

If you do not have any symptoms and your body weight is normal according to you height...then you should take protein rich diet and drink plenty of fluids
Decrease salt intake a little bit
Slight low Bun,urea and creatinine in blood is normal if you are lean(low muscle mass)
