Hi, I have diagnosed with enlarged liver (16.2 CM), normal in shape, outline and showed raised echotexture and Prostate enlarged border line in size (22cc) normal in shape and echotexture. So doctor prescribed a medicine Tamcool D for prostate. I was taking it from last 7 days and today I felt like Retrograde ejaculation. As I tried to ejaculate but nothing comes out. I tried twice but samething happened. Before everything was normal but this started after I started taking this medicine. I am immediately stopping medicine as I come to know about this today. Please help me with this problem as I don't know what to do and how it will be cured.
