Hello doctor. My question is that, I have experienced ejaculation without erection only twice when i was urinatig..The first time, i saw the sperm released but it wasnt that i masturbated my self....And I don't even get wet dreams..I don't know why..so what can I do...Do I have to get a drug for curement or what is that...
