You have RD with macula off that is why you see the object distorted. Floater will remain there and you will be used to it. If you have sudden drop in the vision or too much flashes of light then urgently consult ophthalmologist.

Hello, Yours was a macula off retinal detachment, for which visual prognosis is guarded ,even after surgery. There can be distortion,in your central vision..post re attachment,in some patients. The annoying  bright moving spots are floaters, which are harmless, and you will slowly learn to ignore it.
Next Steps
warning signs ( or signs you shouldn't avoid) sudden decrease in vision any pain , redness, in that eye with severe watering or light sensitivity.
Health Tips
Give it some time . 6 months atleast.. those floaters will settle down.
