I have having irregular period which is in the gap of 2 month and have abdominal pain.I had done usg its shown i having two retention cyst and nabothian follicle in cervix. I am attaching my report What I have to do plz suggest

Retention cyst will go go off it you will take regular oral contraceptive pill .But it will take minimum 3 months.Nabothian follicle is always due to infection so consult to gynaecologist.
