I had a medical abortion on June 5th, and I got my transvaginal ultrasound done on June 19th. It says that "there is evidence of vascular heterogeneous endometrial contents in the anterior wall measuring approximately 30x11mm showing high velocity increased vascularity flow on Doppler suggestive of RPOC". I was still bleeding a little heavy with clots when I got my ultrasound done. However today June 24th my bleeding has stopped completely with no clots anymore. Do you think the retained tissue has passed? And even if it hasn't do you think it will come out during my next period?
