I have delivered 7 months back normal vacumm assisted delivery. I am feeling very tired and exhausted inspite of proper diet and i get irritated and angry on small things. And many negative thoughts come in my mind. My sleeping hours at nights is of 6 hours on avg. Can u plz suggest.
