Having congestion in Chest or respiratory track. Noisy respiration while sleeping in the night. Sometime transparent gel like substance come when I cough. Coughing is Painful most of the times. It feels itching all the time on the neck and chest.

Detailed history is needed. Appears to be Allergic bronchitis. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
