4 month babyVSD surgery done.2 icd drain ms and Rtside.after 3 days extubated.then drain removed.after few days pt breathing patern changed.pt went to cardiac arrest.re intubation done chest xray done .bilaterel pneumothorax present both side.how it happened.cpr also given.what is the correct reason
