My Haemoglobin    12.4 gm/dl Neutrophil 72% Lymphocyte 25% Monocyte 2% Eosinophil 1% Basophil 00% WBC count 3.3 × 10^3 / cmm ESR 28 mm after 1 hr RBC Normochromic and normocytic WBC Leucopenia seen Platelet reduced in pbf CRP concentration 1.7 Mg / L Please advise based on above diagnosis details
