My nephew is 16 years old he is suffering from swelling in his hand with pain around the wrist and palm since last 10 months medicine works temporary ESR is Normal no injury currently he is taking ibuprofen paracetamol with Gudcef xl tablet in bid and amikacin 500 injection iv per day what is the best treatment for him please suggest me.
