Both ovaries are normal in size with increased stromal tissue and multiple subcentimetre sized follicles arranged over the ovarian margins. This written in ultrasound report  Does it mean pregnancy or what it means?

Clinical history and some blood investigation is require to put a diagnosis. Probably it is early stage of PCO but not a pregnancy.
