I have done YAG already on the eye Does it make any difference? Sir currently am outside the country..it would be great help fr me if u answer my querry

I guess you are the same airline pilot who was asking about IOL exchange. If you had a YAG done then it becomes more tricky to do an IOL exchange.

Hello If i understand the question correctly.. you are asking if you should wear glasses after YAG CAP? If its a monofocal IOL, you will need glasses for sure. With a multifocal iol you may not need glasses For both cases your unaided visual acuity will be helpful to advise further.
