Till now I don't have any sexual encounters. I don't mastrubate. But I feel pain when I eject sperm during my sleep. I consulted doctor and used niftas, pantazole and potassium citrate and citric acid for 20 days. I didn't find any pain during the treatment but after few days, I feel pain again.

Better to do a uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. I f the pain persists, ultrasound examination of the scrotum also might be of help
