Since last 2 months I am having repeated pimples on head scalp, sometimes they are painful so kindly suggest solution for same.

Sounds like scalp folliculitis. Could be bacterial, fungal or even product build up. You will most likely need longer treatment to ensure since it is a recurring condition.
