Recurrent loose stools for > 1 &1/2 year suggest that you may suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Kindly follow these suggestions:
1. Avoid eating outside foods.
2. Avoid oily & fried foods.
3. Avoid pulses & tubers
4. Avoid milk & milk related items like tea & coffee.
5. Avoid wheat, barley, rye & Oats for short period
6. Avoid carbonated drinks like Pepsi/ Coke.
7. Eat lot of fresh fruits & vegetables.
8. Drink atleast 4 litre water / day
9. Brisk walking or Exercise daily for at least 45 min / day.
10. Add curd/ butter milk daily during lunch.
If you still continue to have same problem, consult your doctor for further assistance.
