I've been having headache, running nose and cough for the past couple of weeks. My body temperature have been fluctuating ever since. I've not consulted any doctors neither have I taken any kind of medicines. What could this be?

It could be allergic or more probably bacterial respiratory tract infection as viral doesn't last for couple of weeks. You can have Tab. AZEE 500 mg 1-0-0 for 3 days, Tab. Dynapar 1 SOS, Tab. Lecope M 0-0-1, Syp. Ambrolite 10ml - 0-10ml

It could be allergic or viral. But u should get investigation like chest X ray and CBC, esr and consult ur physician.
