I am experiencing reoccurring stomach crunches after every 2-3 weeks, this started some 4 years back, earlier frequency was once in a month and now its is happening frequently after every 2-3 weeks, i experience stomach crunches and if pain is high i vomit out everything, i am ok within 24 hours. Just to give some background, before this started i was onsite for 2 years and there my eating habits were not regular or timely, i would say. Looking for some permanent solution to this problem
