Renal pelvic dilatation is a very common finding on antenatal ultrasounds. Less than 20% are significant. Anyways the dilatation is also mild. So at present just relax and let the pregnancy progress normally.
Next Steps
Frequency of ultrasounds may be increased a bit to see progress of renal pelvic size. Amount of amniotic fluid will also need to be checked.
