Today I am diganosed with left renal calculus 3mm . Is that a problem and what are the consequences and does it need treatment or cured on own plz tell doctors 🙏

Hi sir It's a very small stone, you will pass it out spontaneously in urine.Nothing to worry.
Next Steps
please make sure you drink plenty of oral fluids ~ 2.5 litres / day. Avoid carbonated drinks and high salt foods.
