Majority of calculi in India are of oxalates or mixture and are not dissolvable in practicality.though if asymptomatic,less than 1 cm calculi may remain lying for long time but has to be followed up regularly for increase in size, infection and any functional derangement in the kidney affected. Please ask a homeopathic docter about it's effectiveness.
