Bipolar patients can achieve full remission. That is without symptoms. Euthymic means state of mood, which is neither elated nor depressed. There are other symptoms as well. Manic patient whether they achieve life long remission cannot be predicted by anyone in the world. Episodes Can occur Very rapidly 4 or more times a year or can happen once in ten years too. Treatment leave it to the psychiatrist and don't use your Google powered knowledge. Good luck.
