Relief in thigh pain after urinating

I have been experiancing pain in thigh but whenever i urinate i find relief i went to a local doctor to get check up i have been eating the medicine he provided for 20 days but found only temporary relief the he prescribed was malidens 500 norflox 400 ranidom and cv 625 please tell me what do to? i am still feeling the pain
