Relationship trouble
I ve currently got into an arranged marriage proposal. So basically he is from the US and we meet once in a coffee shop and from then on we ve spoken like times over the phone. And we couldnt yet decide whther we want to go for it. We are practically 80 percent oki with us.. but how do we get to move forward. We are not even sure wat shud we do to move forward. We are basically talking like two casual friends. From this how do we move to "being in a relationship" phase
