Related to surgery for cholelithiasis

I am 26 years old and when I did ultrasonogram a month ago,dr diagnosed me cholelithiasis and I was planned for gall bladder surgery..but my sgot and sgpt level has increased up to 163 and 66 respectfully which I did a week ago..so dr has advised me to have some medicine..to make it normal. N now after a week I repeated test and sgot and sgpt is 153 and 60 resp...is it favourable for ot or not..I am worried so much..is there any other problem rather than cholilithiasis ..any signs of live

When did you do the tests for the first time. And then when did you got them repeated. I advice you to get the complete Liver function test done and then let me know so that it can be better judged whether you can safely go ahead with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone.
