It's due to many reasons,maybe due to hormonal imbalance or LH surge is not proper. So need detailed evaluation.

Only after one year of regular trial fails ..it is called a failed conception...even now a days they r prolonging it for 2 years... So avoid stress..even if it fails after 6 months u can further contact for the detailed history and get investigated...
