Hello sir. i m 2012 batch officer in railways. my sgot sgpt and bilirubin levels were high as around 2500 3500 and 2.1 respectively approx 12 days ago. now they have come back to 48 300 and 0.8 . when can i start my exercises as i m a sportsman too and guidance about diet too pls.
