I am 23 years old man, recently i noticed i am having a problem with a lot of foreskin the red part is never seems to be open , but today suddenly I try to stretch it and it opened now, but the tip is not yet open , but now is it necessary to close it again entirely with my Foreskin? Also it is necessary to open the tip of the red part? Now i opened that red part is not Fully closing now? What to do now? It's urgent please
