Regular sneezes and cold conditions

Hello! So i get this frequent sinus or something it doesn't looks lyk cold or flu its more lyk an allergy or something when i get this i get regular sneezes one after the other my nose keeps on running and it feels lyk my head is full of sinus it starts suddenly anywhere anytime lyk once in a month and also when it happens my body tend to sweat alot even if it is cold and my sneezes won't stop if i see any general physicians they just advice me a course of tablets which stops it at that moment bt continues nxt month i never had any allergy to anything i just eat normal food chapati and rice i dnt even drink a lot of chilled water and therefore i don't know why it happens also with that i tend to get headaches some time.SO I request you to please recommend some treatment... Thank you!
