Hi, i am experiencing throat clearing and itching with littile sticky phlegm and morning a small amount of phlegm stored under nose.and also upper chest itchy(just below the neck bone)(no skin itchy).i qm experiencing this from 3 months.i do everyday salt thmeric gargle.previously 1 minth back i have cough also.now cough got almost reduced and a small urge to cough while exhale or grunting sound.my ct scan for chest and parasinus is clear.my ige is high i.e 288.i have a band choaking  like sensation in throat.may i know how to eliminate this completely.and what would be the cause.no cold no fever .2 months back attacked with chicken pox.got cured.
