Hi, I have some issues regarding my nose . Like inside my right nose I have seen redness and it feels burning when breaths also on right eve I feel burning and also my eye is watery. Current I'm on a med nazomac af as prescribed by my doctor and in past I have undergone a fees surgery

You need to be on regular nasal douching and if you have a running nose you also need a steroid nasal spray and oral anti allergic medications ,if symptoms persist you might need an endoscopic evaluation of nose as we don’t want to miss out sinusitis
