Regarding white patch near moustache

I have a good hair growth on my face . But since once month I can see a small white patch above lips near moustache area . Extreme right side above the lips the hair is not growing . And complete white skin is visible . And no sign of hair is growing .i don't have any itching problem . It started all of a sudden . I am afraid what needs to be done . Will it grow again ? Or will it spread ?? What needs to be taken care off.
