Hai doctors!! I would like to ask about weight loss.. I actually bought a reshape powder as my friend suggested.. I would like to know whether to use or not.. Looking forward for your kind suggestions

Generally we doctors don't prescribe commercial products .. So unless V know the contents of the medicine / product u bought , can't really comment. Regarding wt loss , lifestyle modification , balanced diet under professional supervision gives healthy results..
