I'm 28 years old and i have given birth to one female child on june 2010.. Now I'm Carrying its around 21 weeks... is there possibility to do vaginal birth after c. Section

Yes. As previous caesarian section was before 7 years ; you may try for normal delivery if other parameters are in favour of normal delivery for example presentation of baby and placental position etc. But you have to take care for pain at scar in 9 months and monitor scar thickness by sonography.
