Actually my father suggested to take the following tablet. I want to know that is it safe to consume or not. Will it cause more hairfall ? Both are vitamin supplements. Tablets name - Colecalciferol chewable tablets 60000 iu (Vitamin D3) , Becozyme c forte (Vitamin b complex + Vitamin c)
