I have urination problem like burning, pain while urination with fever 3 month back after taking ciplox for 12 days problem was some how mitigate. But 20 days I noticed that I still not comfortable while urination some time very less urine came out or some time in I have to go 2-3 time for passing urine.  Some time burning also noticed. Apart from lossing weight. As per advice, urine test culture etc and ultrasound also got report are here. Last three days I am taking augmentin 625 twice a day. Is this right medicine as per my culture report please suggest me and advice any other medicine.
