In my triple marker test all other are negative bt trisomy 21 is positive ratio is 1:236 what should I do and what does that mean

It means chances of having trisomy 21 is 1 in 236, which is high risk. You can either go for NIPT or amniocentesis depending on gestational age. Consult your doctor for further guidance
