Dear doctor , Please check pic attached.. I'm getting this kind of rashes after getting little itching, I usually rub with hand.. It appears on hands, neck back side sometimes. Health History 1. Gallstones since 6 years 2. Hernia 3. Anxiety issues Please suggest the cause and solution Thank you

This is dermatographism which is a type of inducible urticaria. Wheals develop at the site of friction or trauma. Mostly it's idiopathic but other causes are heat, friction, stress, infection or medications.
