Regarding pregnancy

My wife is now at 7th month of pregnancy. So 3 days before they took the 7 th month scan and wrote down some reports in the case sheet but we couldn't not understand actually what is it... I can send you the snap of that... Could you please help me with this... Thank you.

Consult direct..and upload the reports..then i ll b able to advise..dnt worry..
Next Steps
also hv all the reports with u in case i need to c something else also to correlate..
