My LMP is 27sep18 My beta hcg value as on 26th October is 513.4 Urine test shows positive Whether 513.4 beta hcg value is normal as per 4weeks .. If no ..how many weeks I'm pregnant as far now.

Single value of beta HCG carries no significance. Values varies widely in pregnancy. Do for transvaginal USG.
