7 days delay period and used prega news kit and get positive result, is it confirmed pregnancy? If pregnancy is confirmed, can I take any medicine for bleeding, is it safe?

Yes u r pregnant...you will need to do sonography to confirm prehnsny is inside uterus n then take medicine to abort  fronts gynaecologist
